Check our catalog to find the product you are looking for. You will be able to use the bar at the top of the page to discover all our lines and you can use the filters on the left to customize your search. On each product's page you will find a description of the item, with technical characteristics, measurements, and composition. You can choose your favorite products, selecting the color from those available, and add them to your cart. Check your cart to make sure you have added only the items you want to purchase. If you want, now you can still change quantities, delete or add some items. After selecting your cart (on the upper-right side, with a bag icon), go to "Proceed to Checkout" or "View Cart". You can Log-In on your account, if you have registered on our website, or continue as a Guest. Fill out the form now with your delivery address. You will also be able to choose the shipping country now, in the shipping form. If you have a promocode, you can add it now: you will find a field in the upper right corner, below the list of products you wish to purchase. You can then go to shipping and payment, entering the required data according to the payment method you have chosen. You can confirm your order: if the order has been registered correctly, you will receive a confirmation message with the order number. Please note that if you wish to request an invoice, you will need to forward all the necessary data to our Customer Care after confirming your payment. After a few minutes, you will receive an e-mail to the address you provided when you placed your order. If you do not see it, please also check your Spam folder.
In the 'Item Details' section you can find all the information needed, such as weight, depth, height, width and composition. Please note that all measurements shown do not include the size of handles and shoulder strap.
The measurements shown on the product page are the same as those on the item label. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care.
If the product you are interested in is out of stock, please select your desired color and enter your email address in the field labeled "Notify Me When Available" on the product page. We will send you an email when the item is available again.
You cannot modify your order once it has been confirmed. You can make a total cancellation of an order while it is still in processing. To check if you can still cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care.

From this link you will be able to find the tracking number once the package has been handed to the courier.
If you placed your order as a guest user, on the other hand, you will only receive our automatic order confirmation and order shipment emails with the corresponding tracking code. If you make a return, you will also receive a return authorization and refund confirmation to the email address you entered.
In order to request a business invoice, as soon as you will place your order, you can contact our Customer Care directly and submit all the necessary information for the invoice. It will be forwarded directly to your tax drawer as soon as it is ready.
PAYMENTS
It's possible to choose from the following payment methods:
- CREDIT CARD
Once you have selected the type of card, you must enter the full number of the credit or prepaid card without spaces, the expiration date, the security code (CVV/CVC) on the back of the card, and the first and last name of the cardholder.
The credit or debit cards accepted are Visa, Visa Electron, CartaSi, PostePay, Mastercard and American Express.
The amount of the order will be blocked on the card and charged only when the order is invoiced. If the order is cancelled, the blocked amount will be automatically released. The timing of release may depend on the Bank issuing the card used. - PAYPAL
You must log-in into your PayPal account to proceed with payment and validate the shipping address. Depending on the customer's choice, the amount will be charged to the credit card linked to the PayPal account or directly to the account balance. - SCALAPAY

From December 28th 2020, online payments are even safer thanks to the new European PSD2 legislation that introduces new authentication rules.
From now on, when you place an order with your Credit Card, your bank may ask you to confirm your identity using 3D Secure authentication. There are many ways to authenticate online payments: via SMS, email, or TouchID. We recommend that you contact your bank to ensure that they have your correct contact information in case you are asked to use SMS or email for 3D Secure authentication. SHIPMENT
We invite you to check the banner on our home page for free shipping terms.
Your order will be prepared from our warehouse in 1-2 business days and will be handed to the courier. After that, we estimate another 1-2 business days for the courier to deliver your package to the address you provided.Please be aware that external factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical problems, adverse weather conditions, or inability to access the address you have provided may affect the timeliness of delivery. Please note that for shipping addresses outsite the italian territory, the delivery time can be longer.
Once you place your order, you will no longer be able to change your shipping address.
Once your order will be shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number and courier information, you can use these information to track your order on the courier website.
In the event of damage to the packaging or if the tracking number does not correspond to your order, please advise the courier immediately upon delivery, indicating the nature of the problem on the delivery note, which must be returned to the courier (delivery signed subject to checking). Any problems with the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the items received must be declared within 7 days of delivery to our Customer Service by sending an email to ccare.ecommerce@borbonese.com
In the case of damaged items, please forward to our Customer Care some photos showing the problem, specifying the order number and code (sku) of the item concerned.
If you have experienced any problems with the shipment of your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary checks. If the tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not yet received it, please contact our Customer Care within a maximum of 2 days after the expected delivery of your item. We can check with the courier company the status of your shipment.
For all shipments going to countries outside the European Union, any Customs Duties will be up to the recipient. Therefore, we kindly invite you to contact your country's customs authorities in advance to verify costs and any import limits.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You can request a product return within 14 working days from the date of delivery, by accessing directly your reserved area, or from the dedicated section if you ordered as a non-registered customer: https://borboneseeu.returnscenter.com/
The return is free of charge if your item is faulty or if you have experienced other problems covered by the warranty. Please note that you must wait the authorization to proceed from our Customer Care before returning products.
To receive a refund, your item must be returned intact in its original packaging (including packaging materials and any documentation, labels, tags, or seals, etc.). Your item must be kept or used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify its nature, characteristics and size and must not show signs of wear, tears or stains
If the item is too large or too small, or you just change your mind, you can request a return and refund, as exchanges are not permitted. You can then freely decide to place a new order for the desired product.
Returns are free of charge if the item has a defect or if a wrong item has been sent to you. In all other cases, the return expenses are at the Customer's charge and it will be necessary to return the items to FiloBlu within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery, after authorization of the return request by our Customer Care.
You can use the courier or delivery service you prefer to return the items. We suggest you to make a tracked shipment, in order to keep track of it. We remind you that FiloBlu will not respond in any way for damages, theft, loss occurred during the return.

Once you enter your return request at the following link: https://borboneseeu.returnscenter.com/ you will receive an email confirming receipt of your request. You will receive a second email from our Customer Care (within 2 business days) containing your return authorization and instructions. Be sure to check your spam box.
This email will not contain the return label. You will need to print the return authorization email and place it inside the package.
Shipping:
1. Contact the courier company of your choice.
2. Send your package to the address provided in the confirmation email.
Once your package has been received and quality checks have been completed, our Customer Care will send you a refund authorization within one week of receiving your package.
This process may take a few days, depending on warehouse workload.
Refunds:
Once your return has been accepted, we will notify you by email and complete your refund within 14 days, on the same payment method used to place your order.
If your returned item meets our requirements, you will be notified by our Customer Care team and a refund will be issued within the next 14 days using the payment method chosen to place the order. For returns from non-EU countries the refund will be completed for the whole amount paid, net of consignment charges incurred and any customs duty paid for importation.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
For any problem with your Borbonese bag or accessory, you can contact us by phone or email. In fact, the Borbonese warranty lasts for two years from the date of purchase, for problems not related to the use of the product itself but to factory defects.
We have a center specialized in repairing our items that will take care of your bag or accessory.
Please note that any tampering by third parties will void the two-year warranty we provide to our customers.
Inside our products, you will find a label that says ""not washable."" Washing Borbonese bags at home, made of fabric or leather, is highly unrecommended for the following reasons:
All leather goods, even if made of fabric, may contain adhesives that could dissolve in contact with water, irreparably ruining the product.
Materials could shrink, making the product wrinkle or even causing it to lose its original shape.
Any leather backings, in contact with water, could discolor and ruin.
Any metal parts, in contact with water, could oxidize.
Don't worry, however, to sanitize your bag we recommend to ask to a specialized laundries who, having viewed the product, may or may not intervene with a water or chemical wash assuming full responsibility for the result.
The sizes of our belts correspond to the following measurements:
- size S: 70 cm
- size M: 80 cm
- size L: 90 cm
Please note that the belt measurement does not include the full length of the belt, but only the length from the third hole to the barb or twin.
All Borbonese products have a plasticized logo card that certifies the authenticity of the item and a tag, usually sewn inside the document pocket for handbags, containing all the information about the product itself.
We can only guarantee the authenticity of products sold through official brand channels such as official boutiques, official online website and authorized online and offline retailers.
We don't provide at the moment gift wrapping service.
Please note, however, that our wallets and key chains, as well as the selection of shoes, are sent inside their own white Borbonese box.
The Black color has a black background, with a lighter Borbonese weave, almost gray in color, as you can see from the product photos. The contrast between the background and the weft is more pronounced.
The Dark Black coloration, on the other hand, has a black background, like the previous one, and the Borbonese Weft darker than the previous one, almost black on black.
If you like the Borbonese pattern to be visible, we recommend that you buy the Black version, but if you want a "see-through" effect, we recommend the Dark Black version.

After signing up for our newsletter you will receive an email with a welcome promocode that will entitle you to 10% off your first purchase.
The welcome code cannot be combined with other promotions and can only be used once on our official online boutique and participating stores.
By signing up for our newsletter, you can also enter your date of birth. On your birthday, we will send you an email with 20% discount code, valid for all non-discounted products, both online in our official store and participating stores for 15 days.
The Welcome promocode can be used on your first order or a subsequent order, within 30 days of signing up. It can be used on all items in our current collection. Please note that the code can only be used once. The Birthday promocode, on the other hand, can be used within 15 days from the date you received it, on our official website and participating stores . It's valid on all items, excluding products that are already discounted.
In order to use your promocode, you can add the items you want to purchase to the cart and go to check out. You will find the Discount Code field on the right side of the page, above the order summary, where you can enter your promocode.
You cannot add a promocode after the order has been placed. If the order is still being processed, you can cancel it and enter a new order keeping in touch with our Customer Care.
Registering a personal account allows you to check your shipping details, view your order history, you can track an order and register a return on your own. You will also be able to create a personal Wishlist, where you can enter all the products you love. Creating an account is very easy: just click on the dedicated icon at the top right and enter the required data. If you wish to cancel your account, please contact our Customer Care.
If you have forgotten your account password, use the "Forgot Password?" function. The system will send you an automatic email with a link to your registered email address.
